I wanted this size and design and they are hard to find so I was disappointed that I could not use neither one of them because they toasted so unevenly.

the first toaster did not work,the unit would not stay down while toasting,outside heat elements did not heat. we had to send the toaster back at our expense this is not good.customer should not pay to return a defective product.

Toaster delivered promptly and as was described in the ad. Would definetly reccomend. Even toasting and slots long enough for a full grain loaf of bread slice. Hubby loves it!
