Very cool rug, with an almost "shiny" look to it. It has a long shag, but isn't a soft/cushy rug as the yarns aren't closely packed so you may want to use a very thick pad underneath. Caution, it has a very modern vibe to the style and won't work in a soft, country, or traditional setting.
Service and delivery comments:
Buyer beware - this item is not returnable! That wasn't clear when I placed the order, quite disappointed as we can't switch out color, size, style....but it did arrive by committed date.
