A padded shoulder strap will keep him comfortable while running errands or he can use the included clips to attach the bag to the stroller. There's an interior key clip, a removable cell phone holder, and insulated bottle holder and a changing pad. i recently purchased this bag. My brother has the next model down and complained it simply didnt have enough room for everything. this is why i purchased the Messenger II. this disign on the Messenger II is also somewhat hard to find.
i had this i believe in 3 business days at my door. came with bag, fold out changing station, and straps to hook on stroller.
It seems to fit everything. i will update my review in a few months about i see how well it holds up over some time.
