It does help to warm the room we are using it in, but I wanted just a little more. It looks very nice, though. It creates a little ambiance, even though the flames are not all that realistic-looking. Time from order to arrival was great! The box it came in was really a mess, but nothing happened to the product itself, luckily. Also, it's easy to operate, and nice to have the remote control for on/off.

we received our fireplace in less than a week. it is beautiful and we are anxious to try it out but, 92is rather hot to check out all of it. we did turn it on and it works
