Love the look and it suits its purpose well for us as a better looking indoor kennel. As it comes with a door and latch. I had to take the latch off and adjust it because it was too far away from actual door.
Service and delivery comments:
The box it arrived in was very flimsy and part of the roofline was damaged in transit. Customer service took my call took my info and then never called me back. I have since doctored the broken roofline since it has been literally 6 weeks since I've had contact with Hayneedle.
