Description
Your dog door doesn't need to be installed in a door. With the DogWalk Wall Dog Door, any exterior wall will do. Your dog is free to come and go safely and securely, which means you gain freedom too. The handsome beveled frame looks like a picture frame, but it's made of strong aluminum for durability. The ingenious flap design is flexible so your pet will never get stuck, yet it's guaranteed not to tear, puncture or warp. The flap is tinted to protect your floors from sun damage, but your dog can still look where he's going. A double flap option provides extra insulation in extreme climates. This door is available in a variety of sizes to suit your dog. See below for dimensions.

Installation is easy with included instructions and hole template. The frame pieces just slip together and completely frame the hole. No other trim work is required.
Note: Look for the template included with your pet door and be sure to use it. Consider your pet's weight and size, and position the template accordingly. This will ensure a correct installation the first time.

This is not something you want to buy for a small dog. I have a 7 lb Shih Tzu and she is unable to push the double flaps open, they are very heavy which is great for keeping the weather out but not good for a dog trying to go through it. Also the magnets are extremely strong which is another reason the flaps don't open well at all. I would not buy this unless you have a larger dog or a very strong one, it was a waste of money for me....I removed one of the flaps and it is still hard for her....find something else this is way to expensive not to be able to use it....

This is much more energy efficient than out old one that went in the Patio door, and does not block off half the door opening. My dog was intimidated at first, and we had to re-train him, but now he is going in and out without too much problem. (He will still try to get you to open the patio dorr instead, but at least he will use it.) It looks pretty nice, though I might have prefererd one with wood trim on the interior. Overall, I am very happy.
