I like the product alot with ease of set up and operation. Gives just the right amount of heat and the flame is so realistic. Like the option of remote control. The fan on the heat function is has some noise and don't know if that is normal or not.
Customer service of Hay Needle is the best I ever dealt with. My stove was a day later than stated and came in very disappointing as it was damaged bad. The whole side of stove cabinet was punctured thru the carton, thru the side of cabinet with a large hole. The paint was then chipping off and the front trim below door was dented. This appeared to me a warehouse or shipping accident with a fork lift perhaps and never noticed by them. I contacted Hay Needle customer service and they were absolutely professional about my misshap and made complete restitution of this by refunding my money and will send out a new stove asap. I am very happy how this was handled and mistakes will happen. I will definately reccommend Hay Needle to anyone and will buy from them again. Well treained professionals and so polite to deal with. Good job and keep it up. A vert satisfied customer.
