Super fast, free shipping was great. Very easy to set up. I use it in a large finished basement gameroom up north and it heats the space nicely. I will say that compared to the Dimplex electric fireplace I purchased here last year I am a little disappointed. The Duraflame has a very loud fan and the flames aren't as realistic. However, the unit is very pretty and does the job. It is also very well priced. Also, it has a great remote and more settings for flame and temperature.

This is the best purchase I have made in a long time. The price is great and it looks exactly like pictured. It arrived on date stated,easy to put together(put on legs and door handle) and all set..just plug it in. realistic flame and when heat on runs very quiet. great for small apt./space because of size
however heats our 500 sq. ft. home perfectly I would absolutely recomend this item to a friend.
