I read an excellent review about the pans so I bought a single one for a test-passed with flying colors. Fried hash browns and eggs-both came out great and the pan cleaned up very nicely-even after leaving some cooked yolk in it over night-didn't stick at all. We'll be buying the entire set next week. Don't know about the long term yet-but at this price-I think it's well worth the risk.

We've only used the pan a few times so far. We really like the non-stick and easy clean up.I fried couple of eggs with the pan, added some cheese .flipped the eggs with cheese on the bottom , The eggs slid right out !!! So Far So Good!!!!

I use this pan to make eggs for breakfast. I spray it first with a little olive oil. They never stick, and come out cleanly!
