Using the product in aquaponics (fish and plant gardening)
The ad says that it is clean and dust free... this is not the truth.. this stuff is dirty and needs to be washed! It is expensive as well.... This site is the cheapest I have found it online. Having said the above, I will also say that it is worth the cost and also worth washing it. It is lightweight (it floats so make sure you get enough to rise above the water line) I am placing my second order because I did not get quite enough the first order.
I got it earlier than expected with no complications.
The first order I had the choice of which size to order -- the second order, I did not. The only choice was the 50 liters (which is what I was going to order but not sure why there was no choice other than maybe they were out of stock or that they are going with only the 50 liter and did not change that information on the description)
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Used this in a grow bed for aquaponics system. Rinse the dust off and plant plants and/or seeds. Lettuce seeds sprouted in 48 hours. Everything is booming!!
