Designed to help you get the job done, the Edsal 6 ft. Steel Workbench with Pegboard is built tough and features everything you need to keep your workspace organized and functioning smoothly. The all-steel frame can handle anything you put it through and it features a rust-resistant enamel paint finish so its looks last as long as it does. The particle board work surface is designed for heavy jobs and can really take a beating. The lower shelf is constructed of the same material so it can handle the heavy load of tool storage. Store cleaning products and other items on the handy shelf tray at the top. Everything will always be in easy reach from there. A pegboard backing is perfect for keeping your hand tools organized, and two utility drawers are the ideal storage space for hardware and other small items necessary to get the job done. Some minor assembly is required.

....I needed a good sized workbench to do small to medium projects at home....and put it on an outside covered patio. This workbench is made almost entirely of steel, so it fit the spot perfectly....The bench had marginal instructions, but if you are someone who can think outside the box you should be able to accomplish the task in about 2 hrs. The bench is basically a snap together type project with few nuts and bolts, but everything was in the box. I did have to tweak some of the metal so a couple pieces would fit. The metal seemed to be a little scratched but it is a work bench so it will get dinged soon enough. One person can put it together but it does weight about 125 pounds, so build it where you want it.....Good bench/Good price....

I would have liked it better if it came with all it's parts. The wood insert was cracked from shipping. The drawer bracket was missing. The inner left and right drawer slides were installed...Read complete review
I would have liked it better if it came with all it's parts. The wood insert was cracked from shipping. The drawer bracket was missing. The inner left and right drawer slides were installed on the bracket backwards.I waited over 1.5 months to finish this project and still had the wrong parts.To save some time i drilled out the rivets and reinstalled the drawer slide and was able to finish my project.I want to thank Edsal for all there help in sending the parts and responding to my needs.

Directions for Assembly could be better. Product itself good enough to recommend.
Service and delivery comments:
Parts were missing and box was seveerly damaged. FedEx delivery man had to retape most of the box before he could remove from Truck. Shelf board was broken in half. Use my own materials to perform repairs to the Bench.

I ordered 2 for gifts, first one arrived in good condition. I never recieved the 2nd one, when i called the company i was told it was damaged in shipping, they will credit my card and re-charge my card and send out a replacment, 3rd one arrived with packaging torn and br0oken, steel rails all bent, called company, same proccedure all over, now waiting on 3rd shippment, company never offer3ed a discount or gift credit for all the inconvience i have gone through,i would think hard before i order agin from this company, if 3rd one arrives damaged i will be contacting the consummer division at the state house and filing a formal complaint with them and with Fedex the clowns that delivered them. The company should rethink the packaging prior to shippment.

I recieved 1 out of 6 pages of instructions.The packing for this product was really bad.There was some damage to the product and i could have been worse.I'd pay more just to recieve the product in perfet shap.Why is this not a concern.Is your product unworthy of good treatment.Please lets be PRO'S.
