Bought bed for 10 year old's room. Great looking, solidly constructed, easy assembly with 2 people. He loves sleeping in his "nest" and is eager to go to bed at night in his cool loft. We did not purchase with desk or twin bed option and instead just slid an existing twin bed under loft in "L" configuration. He loves the cork bark wall under the loft to pin up artwork, pennants. I would definitely recommend this product.
