I bought this for my sons bedroom. The bedroom isn't very big, so I wanted a bunkbed with a small footprint. The desk is spectacular! There is a ton of room to spread out, do homework, and arrange his "stuff". The cork board above the desk runs the entire lengh of the desk. The wood is very heavy duty, beautiful finish. This was very easy to assemble. There is only 5 main pieces, plus the slats and support for the desk. My only complaint is that my assembly instructions didn't include the desk instructions. We figured it out, but it was missing. Also, when my son climbs up to the bunk it's a little wobbley. It could be because it's on carpeting. I tightened all the bolts well. Or maybe all loft beds are a little wobbley? Overall, excellent bed. Everyone that has seen it has been very impressed.

The bed is fantastic, eventhough I wish the slats provided could be a little stronger (they bow a little when my 50-ish lb son sleeps on the bed). The bed is made with good quality durable wood. The finish is beautiful and the bed is very attractive. We we probably add some support to the slats, but overall, the bed is great!
