After having 4 rods sent to me, I finally was able to piece together 2 complete and unbroken rods. 2 arrived with the ball completely broken off from the screw in which it's supposed to screw into the rod with. Another ball was cracked and chipped. The Hayneedle staff was friendly and helpful, but still was frustrating to get 3 shipments to try and piece together 2 rods.
