These curtains were on back order and took awhile to get to me, but were worth the wait. The 84" include the tabs on top and the body of curtain is about 79". We had to lower our existing brackets. The red is more of a brick red instead of fire engine red we were hoping for in our "diner" basement decor, but still looks lovely and we are happy with the outcome.
