I just got this chair to use as my primary office chair. The lumbar support is very unique, and I love the way it conforms to your back. Assembly was quick and the necessary wrench was provided with the shipping materials. The chair has a modern look which has earned me some jealous stares from co-workers. For the price, it was an excellent deal and has helped me with back discomfort. Now I will just need to see if it lasts...
