Description
The Equinox Garden Water Fountain uses an impressive four-foot tall obelisk-style base to begin this alluring design. Water spouts from the zenith and runs down the sides until it hits the dome, where it is shaped into a beautiful umbrella. From here the water falls into a wide basin and is then recycled back to the top. This fountain houses a light beneath the dome to vividly illuminate the cascading water. The sights and sounds of water in motion will create a warm, soothing ambiance in your home. Naturally beautiful, polished river stones are included to fill the basin of this water fountain.

I really love how this fountain looks. It was just what I wanted to add a contemporary look to my foundation garden. The light looks great at night and the sound is just right outside our bedroom window. We had a small problem with debris clogging the spout, which was easily cleared. Water will blow out on a windy day.

We are really pleased with how it looks and fits in our garden....However, we have had consistent problems with it splashing over (hence one has to keep an eye on the water level to ensure it doesn't run dry)...also two of the clasps holding the bulbs broke (and were NEVER sturdy) so I have had to use marine glue to re-mount them...For an item I wanted as badly as this, I am a tad disappointed....Like I say though, it looks nice

This has been in our backyard for 4 years now. Every year we have to fix something or repaint it. Its now leaking and never really holds water longer then a day. You have to refill everyday. Husband put this on a timer so it shuts off a nite time which is nice to add. We also changed the light colors to orange or blue with covers we bought on [...]. I just think the quality is not good and now where to get new parts to fix it properly. This year we are looking for a new one but will not buy this one again.

The design looks great but the actual fountain is not real straight; appears to be due to the material it is constructed out of. Seems to be cheaply made for teh price paid. It sounds nice and looks good from a distance. We have it at our entry way beside the steps up to the house. NIce touch for evening visitors. The stones are very nice. I would not recommend because the price is high for the up close low quaility appearnace.

It's a very pretty, contemporary fountain. It makes a great water sound. The lights are lovely at night (although I wish I could shut them off during the day!). Minor splash over. I assembled the fountain in 15 minutes.

With tax return money I thought I'd treat myself to a fountain for our deck. I'd expected to spend close to $500, so was very pleased to spend less for a fountain I consider ideal.
It was a slightly challenging to assemble, but nothing difficult enough to prevent purchasing it. My only suggestion - I wish there were a switch to turn the lights on and off... but it's still the perfect fountain for me!
