While the 3-in-1 Espressione looks great on the counter top, its performance leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased this machine during the Xmas holiday; it is now April as of this writing, so I've had a while to evaluate this machine. On the plus side of its performance, the machine produces a good pot of coffee once you get the right balance of coffee grinds to water ratio correct; however, the machine collects a lot of condensation that pools in the lid and dips down on the hot plate. The measurement on the water reservoir does not coincide with measurement on the coffee pot so that if one pours 6 ounces of water from the coffee pot into the reservoir, you get a measurement of less than 6 ounces in the reservoir. Finally, the worst aspect of Espessione 3-in-1 is that the espresso part of this machine fails to produce a quality cup of espresso and if you want to froth, forget it, what you get are bubbles rather than a nice dense foam. I hope they go back to the drawing board on this one. I give this one a big thumbs down.
