Usually read reviews before I purchase and very sorry I forgot on this pricey purchase. HORRIBLE to assemble! 95% did not line up AT ALL! Have spent over 3 hours trying to align simple pre-drilled holes for the screws. My husband, who has made tables, had to get woodworking tools out to adjust for screws. Also, instructions were for an older model. Very disappointed so far.

I recently purchased the Rolland Chaise; the chair is fine but the assembly was horrendous. I doubt that the designer ever assembled one of these chairs. The zipper along the side needed to be unzipped to affix one of the screws but this was near impossible the way the it is currently configured. And in the process of assembling this unit the zipper broke and it will be virtually impossible to replace the broken zipper. I now have a chair that is not repairable. I am very disappointed with my purchase and had I know what I know now I may not purchased this item.
