I bought this for my wife because she has MS and a powered treadmill is not safe for her. This unit is difficult to start after it stops, and since she stops after every step, it was not possible for her to use it. The good side is the return process was painless, no arguements from the company. They did tell me i could call and have UPS pick it up at the house, but that did not turn out to be true, but the shipping lable allowed me to just drop it off at the ups store.
