This product is great for one pot cooking, healthy eating, and can be used as a pressure cooker, rice cooker and slow cooker. If you are in a hurry to make dinner or have all day, this is a must- have!! The food comes out tender with a great consistency. It is durable, compact and can be stored away easily. I am familiar with Fagor Products and it is a brand I trust! I love using the multi- cooker and is super easy to use even if you don't cook very much! The Fagor makes cooking easy and fun. Also a yummy recipe book is included!

I purchased this as my first pressure cooker and was skeptical until I used it - so easy and so delicious. Not at all like the beastly cookers of my childhood. This has replaced my crock pot, an electric frying pan, my rice steamer and on most nights, my stovetop cookware! I can make an entire meal in one pot, from thawing to searing and after the set cooking time, it automatically turns to a "keep warm" feature. It is easy to clean and the non stick surface means healthier cooking with less fats/oils.
The pressure cooker is simple to use and with the purchase of a PC cookbook, I quickly mastered turning inexpensive cuts of meat into fall-apart deliciousness. The 6 quart capacity is more than ample for our family of 5. This has operated perfectly in the 3 years I have owned it, and is one of the best appliances I have ever purchased.
