Designed by James Beard Award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein, this complete 10-piece set has everything you need to create meals small and super-fancy: a 5-quart Dutch oven with lid, a 4-quart saute pan with lid, a 9.5-inch open skillet, an 8-inch open skillet, a 1.5-quart sauce pan with lid, and a 3-quart sauce pan with lid. Each is crafted with forged aluminum, double-layered high-gloss blue silicone polyester exterior, Whitford Interior nonstick scratch-resistant coating, and a stainless steel cast handles with a cool-to-touch silicone grip. The cooking surfaces are metal-utensil friendly and won't peel, blister, or crack, and their light color makes it easy to see what you're cooking. Safe for all stovetops. The only problem with this cookware is the handle's on the set get hot! They need to extend the colored part of the lids, pot holders to cover the whole area, so you don't burn your fingers/hand when you lift the lid or drain food, etc. Other than that, it is great cookware, easy to clean.
