The exquisitely designed Fakro 9.6 ft. Insulated Steel Attic Ladder keeps your heating costs down and your climb to the loft a safe one. Designed to fit in a rough opening, this modern and stylish ladder folds practically by itself with minimum force required. The S-shaped steps are beautiful to look at and double as handrails for your ascent to the top. The recommended ceiling height for this unit is 9' 6" but it can extend as far as 10' 2" or 10' 10" with the purchase of two extra steps. All hardware is fully concealed after installation and the white, 1.5-inch-thick finished wooden door seals tightly with a wooden gasket. The Fakro 9.6 ft. Insulated Steel Attic Ladder is available in two sizes: 47L x 22W and 47L x 25W inches. Both selections come with plastic wheels to prevent floor scratches. ANSI certified.
