I was very happy with this, mainly because it is light weight enough that I can handle it myself and move it if I want. I was worried was TOO light but we had big storms last night and it did not blow over. There were a few scratches on the bowl but nothing too bad. I like the idea of the built in heater for winter. I've only had it 2 days, but so far, I've only seen one bird in it!

This birdbath is not flat in the middle, has a curved middle, cannot put anything flat in middle to circulate water in summer, not 2" deep sides are thought, sturdy bath, need to fill stand.

Very attractive in my yard. I like the size of the bowl - it is shallow. I have found birds in my area do not like the deep bowl. The last bird bath I had, had a high glaze, which was slippery. This has a matt finish.

This is so easy to put together. It snowed last night and the birdbath has tepid water in it today instead of a frozen solid block of ice like it was in my old birdbath earlier this week. The birds and I are delighted.
