The handsome Real Good Toys Finished Farmhouse - 0.5-Inch Scale recalls the grand dwellings of yesteryear. This spacious 3-story country-style design with eight rooms offers enough space for family and hired help alike. It comes to you preassembled. The smooth interior walls with baseboards and crown moldings are already painted but can be repainted or papered as you wish. A trio of window boxes awaits your green thumb. Crafted from durable 0.375-inch thick MDF, this house features sturdy milled clapboard exterior walls. Other features include an open back, fully assembled railing and front door with interior trim, ready-to-finish hardwood flooring, and preassembled staircase, landing rails, windows, and shutters.
