Other than that it is a really well made bed especially for the price. My girls LOVE it! It has freed up a lot of space in their room.

My husband and I put the bed together, over a year and a helf ago, and it is as sturdy as it ever was. My 5 year old son and his 7 year old sister were sharing the bunk bed and loved it. Now it's all his and he spreads his books and toys out on the top level and he sleeps in the lower level. It was a great buy. Hoping to find something equitable for his sister's room.

We bought this two years ago, I think it weighed over 800lbs total and it shipped all the way to California from I believe Ohio for only twenty five dollars.

This set-up is exactly what we needed for our two young boys, 3 &4. While they aren't allowed to sleep in the top bunk yet, they are allowed to be in the top bunk during the day for imaginary play. They sleep in the full bed together for now. The bed is a very hearty pine construction. It was actually easy to assemble the only problem was the directions were TERRIBLE and didn't actually show our specific configuration. However, once we laid everything out we were able to put it together quite easily in about three hours. I can't say enough good things about the final product. It is perfect for young boys and will withstand alot of wear and tear. It is compact and the stain is a nice honey color.[...] Great product. Great price. Great quality.
