An austere chalet and evergreen tree are intricately carved into this battery-operated cuckoo clock. The Black Forest Chalet and Pine Tree Cuckoo Clock is hand-crafted from linden wood in the traditional style which originated around the Black Forest in Germany.
Finished in a rich brown with touches of color to bring out details, this timepiece is a work of art. The pinecone weights on this timepiece are decorative, as this clock features the modern convenience of battery operation. Accompanied by music, a miniature cuckoo bird pops from his roost to sound the hourly call accompanied by "Edelweiss," "The Happy Wanderer," and more.
