plastic corner protectors fell off when the mirror was unwrapped and remained hidden in the packaging. These protectors may have prevented a crack on a corner of the mirror during a difficult mounting process, or maybe not as they were thin plastic. Better yet, more substantial edge/corner protection should have been provided.
In regard to the difficult mounting, a full size paper template should have been provided to ease
the location of the screw placement. One of the
mounting brackets glued to the back of the mirror
was a 1/32" off, causing a slight tilt when the
mirror was mounted. Where was this mirror manufactured - China? '

Service and delivery comments:
The delivery was prompt and the mirror arrived in perfect condition.
Just prior to my purchase, I had called customer service to find out if the mirror could be hung horizontally. The operator was very helpful. She didn't know the answer directly, but she called the supplier while I was on the line and informed me that it could be hung vertically or horizontally. That knowledge sealed the deal!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
