LP canister, the Element boasts an 8000 BTU stainless steel burner and 159 square inches of porcelain-coated cast iron grate cooking surface. Firing it up is a snap - the quick-connect system has a push-button start and variable temperature control valve built in.

Purchased primarily to take camping. It is very compact and the cast iron cooking grate cooks evenly and gets the food hot. I like the fact that you can easily clean the complete grill.
