I decided to try this "chair" after trying several other desk chair designs - from the norm to the high-end. After using it for several days I can say with confidence that this is the most comfortable option out there. I sit for hours at a time and this "chair" has made such a difference in the way I feel at the end of the day. It's easy to assemble and comes with a booklet of simple, wonderful stretching exercises. I like the fact that the chair and ball are black and that the design is simple and discreet. With that said, it is still an exercise ball, so it may not work in some office areas where a more formal look is required. But, if you have an office or a work environment that allows for this kind of chair, I highly recommend purchasing one.

Bought this as a replacement for my standard office chair. I am of small stature and thought it would be better for my back verses the large chair I spend the day sitting on the edge of. The ball was so small I couldn't get in a proper position to type. Felt like I was sitting on the floor. I thought the solution for an easy fix would be to just replace the ball. The larger ball that fits me at a comfortable height would not fit in the chair. Now I am sitting on just the large ball and it seems to be working just fine and my back pain has subsided.
