We purchased this bed in white for my daughter's room. We are customizing the bottom of the loft on our own with built in bookshelves on each end and a desk in the middle. My only complaints are that there was about a quarter size knick on the footboard, but didnt worry too much about it since it was on the end that was going to be facing the wall, and that there are 3 hideous stickers that I am having a hard time removing, once I get it all removed it will be fine, but it is quite an eyesore right now. Other than that, very happy with the bed - very sturdy and has about a 58 in. clearance under loft, which is very useful.

The item shipped in the appropriate amount of time. It is a sturdy bed and surprisingly well built. My complaint is that one piece was scratched and one piece completely broken. I did call Customer Service and they did ship us out a new box that included a new piece to replace the broken one. I was disappointed that they were unwilling to upgrade the shipping so that the bed would be completely ready for my daughters 11th birthday.
Overall, I would recommend this product.....just be sure to check all the pieces and call CS with any problems.

We needed a loft to add to a twin bed that we had purchased elsewhere (they discontinued white, so we had to start shopping). This is a very good match to style and color. My daughter can't wait to sleep on the top! Took my husband and brother-in-law abt two hours to put together, but it was worth the effort. We were happy with the quality and would order again.

The bed itself is very well made and was packaged very well as to avoid any damage during shipment. It was relatively straight forward for 2 people to put together over a few hours. There were a couple of mistakes in the photos of the instructions and some places where the directions could have been a bit clearer, but other than that, very nice.
