This is a good quality exercise / stability ball for the price. I'm a husky 260 lbs and it supports my weight very well.
In addition to concentrated exercise, I've gotten into the habit of using the ball as a chair when working at my computer/radio workstation, and while watching movies. This gives my core a good workout almost for free! The results so far are very encouraging. I wish I had five of them.
