I love the chairs, color, appearance and comfort However, on one of the backs where you attach the arm the inside nut to screw in the screw was missing, We had to find a different type of screw to use.

We bought 2 of these chairs and they arrived within 3 days of our order. One of the chairs was very easy to assemble. The other one was a little more difficult because the pull out ottoman was not able to slide out due to a piece of the upper wood section blocking it. My husband had to remove that piece and shave down the section that was blocking the pull out ottoman. Other than that, we love the chairs, the red color is perfect for our patio.

I was very pleased with our purchase. The seats are oversized and are very roomy! Very easy to assemble! The only problem I had with the purchase was the "little wrench" that came with the chair to use. It wasn't right size...but hey...found what I needed in the tool box and it was assembled! Thanks!
