The finish accents the small child's footprints in the upper corner and truly adds beauty to any setting. The border is laced with a vine of ivy leaves. I recently purchased this beautiful bench to place by my mothers graveside .Her and my step father were the best of grandparents . It spoke to me when i saw the inscription and the design . It was perfect for them . I have not yet removed it from the box , as it is heavy and I have had a few health problems . but i did open it and the craftsman ship of the top of bench it beyond what I hoped for . It is truley a beautiful bench ! thank you hayneedle ! I know mom will enjoy it for many years !

my parents loved this and will enjoy it, it looks like it was custome desighned and made, so it looks like ypu spent more than you do, and after a week it still brings a tear to my mothers eye every time she reads it

This is a gift for my parents from the grandchildren, so they don't have it yet...but I did open the box and it's perfect! They have a cute pond in their yard that this will look great by. I know my mom will cry when she opens it too!
