Only down fall was that delivery was 4 weeks out from the date I ordered it. I did not realize that items are not made until they are ordered.

The bench was meant to be storage at the end of my bed. But the color is so far off, I might not be able to put it there.
All four legs were badly scratched, - I wonder how hard is it to get them safely single-wrapped in the box?
Service and delivery comments:
FedEx was on time and gentle - so, no problem with the delivery.
I'm in negotiations with the customer service how to solve the problems.
I might be able to get the legs repainted, but it won't be for free... on the other hand, shipping back isn't for free either.

The product color, size and design were exactly as described. The ultrasuede on the seat cover was not pulled as tight as you would want so it tends to wrinkle.
