My 15 year old sheperd mix loves it! I like it too, but the cover is just a touch too small, so the cover & sturdy velcro holding it, is stretched to limit. Because of this, it won't last as long & took two people to put together. Other than that, wonderful.

It took about 10 days to receive the bed. Unfortunately during this time my golden passed away, he looked just like the one pictured on the box. The customer service rep was very kind and understanding. She sent me a return shipping label so that I could return it with no out of pocket cost to me. This kindness will definately make me a return customer.

The cot is perfect for my 120 pound Rottweiler, Larry. He took right to the cot and seems to really like it. the cot arrived earlier than estimated, which was nice. Although it is probably very easy to assemble, I had problems with the last step only because it required more strength than I could muster. The spouse snapped it right together however. I did a lot of research to find my best price for this cot. Hayneedle was my best price by far.
