Was excited to have found a large mirror for our bathroom vanity. However, the package was damaged and of course so was the frame of the mirror. Customer service handled the return quickly. Unfortunately, Ill have to find a large mirror in town rather than purchase one online.

Both mirrors arrived in time for Christmas although several days apart. However both were broken. Linda in customer service was very nice. She gave me an immediate refund. I reordered and hope this one arrives intact. I think packaging glass for shipment could be improved
