It's great for cutting meat, vegetables, and fruits, and doing it efficiently with the 18-degree precision sharp edge. This knife is made of high-carbon German stainless steel with a full tang and abbreviated bolster for added strength and balance. Hollow ground ovals help minimize sticking for smoother, quicker cuts.

The blade is precision heat treated for excellent edge retention, while the ergonomic design is created to be an extension of your hand for natural comfort. A crisscross surface on the end is perfect for crushing garlic and pulverizing spices, nuts, herbs, and more. The red-and-black handle boasts a flame design with a star. Etched on the blade are flames and Guy's knuckle sandwich logo. A black universal edge guard is included.
