Excellent product and overall buying experience. Arrived in great shape, no missing parts. Assembly instructions are graphical only, but clear enough. All holes predrilled, but putting final screws in the cabinet requires patience and one-handed work with allen wrench in tight space. Using soap on screws helps a lot. Assembled piece is handsome with nice finish and is a welcome addition to any home. Wine bottles are secure in deep slots but easily accessible. Drawer is great for storing openers or whatever. The product is of sturdy design. Assembly, which took about an hour, was no problem. However, I found the product and manufacturer descriptions misleading in light of what I received. My impression was that Winsome Trading manufactured the piece in Woodinville, Washington. However, the item was clearly labeled "made in Thailand." The description of the Harrison... "Crafted from solid hardwood with a dark walnut finish" suggested a furniture quality finish.[...] This piece will reside in my basement for storage, rather than in entertaining areas.

Assembly took approximately an hour to complete. Deciphering the instructions were a pain. a couple of predrilled holes were in the wrong location and didn't match up. The allen wrench that was provided didnt quite fit the screws. This caused the wrench to bind in the screw head a bit.

The piece looks nice finished but it took my husband forever to put together because the screws/bolts used allen wrenches. It is pretty flimsy material on the sides and back.

This item should have better instructions. The pieces should be marked A B C etc to go along with the picture instructions. I have spent 3 hours at this and still do not know how to assemble the racks. What a nightmare.!!!
