The chest is crafted with hardwood solids and matched cherry veneers treated with a warm, distressed cherry finish. Each of the five spacious drawers features full-extension metal guides, French dovetailing at the front, and English dovetailing at the back. The chest's upper drawers - lined with plush felt to protect jewelry and delicates - boast an apothecary look achieved with sectioned drawer fronts that mimic the look of many small drawers, each capped with a brushed, antique brass knob.
