I ordered this chair and the ball they sent me was too small. I contacted Hayneedle, and they said I have to re-order another chair, because the vendor will not just send me the correct ball. So, I sent back the other chair and ordered another one hoping for the correct chair this time...and once again, the ball they sent was too small. NOT AT ALL as big as the ball in the picture. This ball doesn't even touch the side supports!! I have owned a ball chair before, so I know how it's supposed to rest securely inside the supports. I'm so dissappointed, and once again have to call Hayneedle and send back this chair as well. I guess the vendor doesn't take the time to send people what they are paying for. So, I am going to another website to get what I pay for.
