I ordered seven valances for my living room windows. Thank goodness I just opened one. They are very chintzy and look cheap especially for the price I paid. I immediately boxed them up and filled out a return form on this website. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours regarding instructions on making a return. 3 days later, an email to them and still no instructions. This was my first and last Hayneedle purchase.
