As far as the quality of the bench I ordered, the process for ordering it (with shipping included!)...it was perfect and flawless. Both benches actually came about week earlier than anticipated. I love this company...then all the post-purchasing e-mails starting rolling into my account. Wow, I have never been so inundated with junk/spam e-mail before. Beware of this negative implication of your purchase, but you can rest assured that your "actual purchase" will be handled with perfection and speed...and at a fairly reasonable price. Good luck!
