Painted in all the glorious colors of the ocean line, the High Tide fountain rests on a copper basin. Gallery founder Henry Harvey has written a book about his experiences titled A Passion for Metal: Reflections and Techniques of a Metal Sculptor. Harvey Galleries is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
