Well, I asked for, and received the correct chairs this time. However, only 1 of the 4 was relatively free from scratches. The 3 other chairs all had numerous and deep scratches. The composite material is obviously prone to scratching and they apparently don't provide any type of touch-up paint.
You're getting one more chance. I hope you don't mess up.

After considerable research and reflection on the cost, I decided to purchase four of these chairs and two side tables. Upon receiving the shipment, I noticed the boxes were damaged. Additionally, I discovered the chairs were not the ones I paid for. In fact, they were considerably cheaper and by appearance, not very well made. In addition, when I opened the first chair and the side tables, I immediately observed significant damage (broken parts and excessive scratches). The furniture had very minimal packing: in fact, the tables had none. It's easy to see why there was damage to the furniture.
I called the service center, and I'll admit, the representative was helpful. I received postage to return the chairs and tables. At first, I simply wanted to replace the chairs and tables. However, I'm seriously considering asking for a full refund considering the way the furniture was packaged and the significant damage I noticed. Can they send these very expensive items un-damaged? I have serious doubts.
