The stools are stylish and the color(black) is what I neded. Assembly was easy except for the part where the seat is connected with the screws supplied. For some reason the screws keep turning and never tighten fully. Had to use my own screws. The seat creaks a bit but I attribute that to tightening the screws too much. Wish the instructions would address how tight is tight.Not included in the packaging and what should be is some touch up paint or marker because you will find some dings that need a touch up.
Service and delivery comments:
Suggest that each leg be packaged separately and bubble wrapped. They come 2 in a plastic wrap which can move during transit causing scratches and dings.

The dimensions listed this as a 41.25 inch overall counter stool. It's not - it is 38 inches. I wanted a taller stool and I ordered these based on the dimensions. My husband really likes them so I won't go through the hassle of returning them. I like the color of them and they look good at my island counter. I just wish they were taller!
