The stools are great, but I don't love the metal. It's a little more gun-metal grey than I would have wanted. Delivery was fast; quality is good.

We searched for a sturdy stool that will hold large 21 yr. old college boys! We had thought they would be more adjustable, but a hacksaw worked wonders to make them 27"! Large seat, also a bonus, a little bigger overall than they look.

For the price this is a very nice stool. Happy with the feel, sturdy, smooth swivel, comfortably cushioned. It has a good weight. Does not feel like chintzy, super light stool like some less expensive ones can.

I was very pleased with the appearance and craftsmanship of the barstools and even more pleased with the easy assembly. I was able to put them together in a matter of minutes. I was concerned the swivel base would be flimsy, but it was the complete opposite - firm, well lubricated and durable! I love these barstools!
