The Hills FR71003 10-Line Mono Folding Frame Clothesline is super easy to install and dries tons of laundry at one time. Constructed of galvanized metal to be rust-resistant and powder-coated for extra longevity, this line will outlast the clothes you hang on it. The Hills FD45350 Traditional Single Folding Frame Clothesline features an adjustable line tensioning system for tangle-free drying and a telescope glide-lifting action to fold easily. It can also be reconfigured according to your needs by cutting the front spreader bar or side arms to reduce width.
Complete with a 7-year structural guarantee to ensure a high-quality product.

The unit was easy to install, and works great...my wife loves it. Had to create a wood piece to allow her to close the unit once clothes are dry because she is too short to lift it high enough. The other concern is the frame already has a crack in it and we have not had it but a month. I have not yet tried to talk to anyone about getting it replaced, but the warrenty suggests one has to ship it back...that will be a pain.

Australians build world`s best clothes lines. Difficult to set one up on exterior wall in US unless you find studs and secure properly. Clothes dry and smell better on clothes lines and better for environment.
