High-quality materials and smart design techniques have joined forces to create the Hi-Tech Compact Stack Chair by National Public Seating. The chair frame is made of 11mm chrome-plated steel rod. The non-fading seat and back are made of injection-molded, textured polypropylene plastic. The smooth, molded design adds comfort and allows for easy inter-stacking. Reinforced under-seat ribbing provides added strength for years of dependable use.

The modern, hi-tech design of this versatile chair allows it to be stacked up to 40 high at an angle for maximum stability. (Additional chairs and dolly are not included.) An easy-lift handle provides a strong gripping point when moving and storing the chair. Removable, protective, polyethylene floor glides with a custom clamping device guard against skidding. This long-lasting stacking chair is covered by a five-year manufacturer's warranty.

National Public Seating is committed to preserving the quality of their products and the quality of the environment. To this end, the company manufactures their products with varying percentages of pre- and post-consumer waste (recycled material). All of the steel for their products contains 30-40% of post-consumer waste, and their plastic products contain up to 35% of pre-consumer waste. All of the wood used for their products comes from non-boreal forests. National Public Seating also uses powder-coat finishes instead of liquid finishes in order to prevent pollutants from being released into the atmosphere and to reuse retrieved overspray. All these efforts and more help their employees and customers be mindful of the environment.
