I bought this for a vacation rental property where I had to have stools that "sturdy" people could sit in. I called Hayneedle and got the weight limits on this chair...she said that there really was no weight limit, it was tested to 750 pounds. Well, alrighty, I'd say that will be sturdy enough.
I wish I could say that putting it together was a piece of cake, but it wasn't. There were no directions in any of the three stool boxes. Now, granted, I was just screwing the base into the chair, but ends up I didn't have the correct tools. How about including a simple, basic mini wrench with the nuts and bolts? Or at least a list of tools needed? Oh, and directions.
But, these stools look great, very comfortable, and the swivel worked right off the bat (I read that other stools have hard to swivel swivels). So I'm happy pappy.
